1. Information only

These pages describe who the company is and what it does. Nothing on the site is an offer, an invitation capable of acceptance, or a representation about any particular property. No contract arises from anything published here.

Any property, price, rent, term, timing or availability is confirmed by the company in writing for the matter concerned. Until it is, nothing should be relied on, and nothing said in conversation stands on its own.

The company's registered details, given at the foot of every page, are stated as they appear on the public register. Anyone may check them at Companies House and is encouraged to. The company takes care with the rest of the site, but does not warrant that every page is complete or current at the moment you read it.

4. Correspondence

An enquiry sent to the company places no obligation on it. It may decline to take a matter further without giving a reason. The enquiry form on the contact page is not connected to a mail handler and sends nothing to anyone.

5. Photographs

The author, licence and source of every photograph on this site are named on the image credits page, and each photograph remains subject to its own licence.

6. Material on the site

The text, the layout and the mark used on these pages belong to the company or are used with permission. You may read, print and quote from the site for your own purposes; please do not reproduce it as though it were your own. The photographs remain subject to their own licences.

7. Links away from the site

The only links leaving this site are the licence and source links on the image credits page. The company is not responsible for what is published elsewhere.

8. Law

These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
